About Kerri

I am so proud to be a Realtor! I am equally pleased to be part of a very unique company called NextHome. After many years as a local real estate agent, I decided that the best way to serve my clients was to become a Broker. After achieving that goal, I created a successful independent local brokerage. I eventually found myself looking for something more to maximize my ability to bring the highest level of service to clients and customers. A little more about me personally...I have been part of the Clarksville, TN, Community for about 25 years. My husband was born and raised in Clarksville. We met at college and eventually moved back to the area. We have been married about 30 years. Together, we have raised two young men. We are active in sports and recreation throughout the area. We enjoy off-road trail riding, swimming, and picnics.

I have assisted my husband with his construction company for about two decades. Due to my experience with the construction company, I have acquired quite a knowledge base about new construction and land acquisition. I have also earned the SRES designation, which supplements my interest in universal design or creating homes that are accessible for everyone. I also specialize in assisting movers of various life stages from needing to expand, adapting to the empty nest, aging in place, or preparing for a final move. In addition, I have earned the SRS designation, which specifically addresses the unique needs of the seller.

I would be happy to assist you in buying or selling real estate in Tennessee. I believe in continuing my education in real estate and keeping up with new advances in the field.
